The Answer to Anger: Facing the Fire Within
Speaker: June Hunt, MA
Do you know someone who has anger out of control? Consider this: anger is only one letter short of danger! Yet, it doesn’t have to be this way, especially because the Bible says, “Be angry, but do not sin” (Ephesians 4:26). Anger is a God-given emotion; however, many believe it is always negative, always a sin. They stuff, hide, avoid, and deny it, but hidden anger only fuels the fire inside. This workshop offers life coaches and lay caregivers biblical and practical help when facing this all too common issue.

  2. Learn underlying characteristics and the four primary sources that cause anger.
  3. Discover biblical solutions for resolving past anger and practical tools to identify triggers, how to handle angry people, and act rather than react in volatile situations.

Finding the MORE in Your Marriage
Speaker: Gary Rosberg, PhD and Barb Rosberg
This luncheon will be a time of encouragement for both life coaches and lay caregivers to experience the “more in our marriages,” as well as for those we serve. God designed marriage as the first institution in His creation. We were created to experience companionship and togetherness, yet countless marriages live with the silent question, “Isn’t there more?” Many marriages have lost sight of how to experience the “more” of connection, intimacy, and spiritual oneness. The luncheon will both affirm God’s design for marriage and equip coaches and caregivers with helpful insights and coaching strategies.
*Session selections will be made at registration.
