A Blueprint for Purpose: Mastering the 4Rs of Lasting Influence and Significance
Friday, September 26
12:30 – 2:30 pm

Building a life and legacy of influence begins by embracing strategic daily growth. This can be achieved when using the 4R formula of purpose: ROT (Return on Time) maximizes the impact of every moment, ROE (Return on Energy) empowers activity, ROR (Return on Relationship) creates meaningful connections, and ROW (Return on Wisdom) enriches decisions with learned insights. Together, these factors form the foundation of a legacy-driven life, where personal and professional growth ripple outward to create lasting significance.

Success Through Failure: From Stumbling Blocks to Stepping-Stones
Friday, September 26
12:30 – 2:30 pm

Do you feel like you’ve “blown it” one too many times – that God has “benched” you from further service? Failure can quickly lead to feelings of discouragement and defeat . . . but God! He can use all our life experiences, including failure, to develop the character of Christ in us. The stories June shares will illustrate how God uses the “good” in failure to develop in us resilience, perseverance, humility, and greater dependence on the Lord.

What Have You Done for Your Marriage Today?
Saturday, September 27
12:30 – 2:00 pm

Married couples have the opportunity to connect on a daily basis; yet the stress, distractions, and pace of life sabotage the connection if we aren’t intentional and develop the right skills. In this presentation, the Rosbergs will coach couples how to welcome a spouse into their private thoughts, connect interpersonally between themselves, and walk in unity publicly. Keeping bandwidth for connection, being alert and aware, and exercising empathy are skills that can be acquired and developed. Join the Rosbergs to stir your imagination and address ways to experience the “more” in your marriage and the marriages you coach.

R.E.A.L Prayer: How to Engage in Transformational Prayer Ministry with Clients
Saturday, September 27
12:30 – 2:00 pm

Nothing is as transformational as the active presence of God. We all know prayer is powerful; however, we may need some help understanding how to effectively guide people through prayer, especially when related to wounds from their past and/or strongholds in their present. Based on his book, Understanding the Wounded Heart, Dr. Warner will introduce a simple prayer model called “R.E.A.L. Prayer” and show how to walk people through a four-step process, helping them connect with God to experience His healing presence.
