Here are some common clarifications needed during the purchasing process:

 

Is this a Tradeshow Exhibit or a Tabletop Exhibit?

An explanation from the venue A/V company:

The Tradeshow selection has much more power options and is usually selected by corporations showing larger devices. The tabletop is for groups with no extensive power needs.

 

Dedicated vs. Shared 20-amp Circuit

An explanation from the venue A/V company:

The Shared option is shared between booths and is for those that want to charge a phone or laptop and maybe 1-2 small POS devices. Dedicated is a single circuit for their booth.

If you will be shipping booth materials to the hotel, please send them labeled with the following:

Packages should arrive no more than three days prior to the event. The hotel charges a receiving, handling, and storage fee, and they cannot guarantee storage for pallets. If you need to ship a pallet, please notify hbryan@hopefortheheart.org as soon as possible. Outbound shipping must be scheduled by the Group or Exhibitor with your preferred shipping service.
